P3 is offering a new Player Performance Program from April 3 – Aug 21 (20 weeks) for motivated U15+ and Junior/College Male and Female Hockey Players.

At P3, we do not take the word “Elite” lightly. Over the past year we have set out to create an NHL quality, customized, individualized Training Program for each athlete. To do this, we have brought together a team of professional trainers and experts to develop and facilitate the Program.

A Training Program in its entirety cannot be maximized without the athletes fully understanding WHY they are training, WHO and/or WHAT they are training for and HOW to train properly to reach their goals.  Resources will be available for the athletes and parents to ensure all interested parties in the success of the athlete are fully educated and aware of how to maximize the development of every athlete.

The NEW Player Performance Program is designed use position-specific training as a vehicle to foster and maximize the growth for each athlete’s position. F | D | G

Full Program Includes:

  • Functional Movement Assessment
  • Base Line Testing and Periodic Re-Testing using inForm Testing Technology
  • Goal Setting & Mindfulness Training
  • Full Off-Season Training Program on Train Heroic App
  • Professional instruction
  • Individual Data collection (on and off the ice)
  • Major Lift License (Learn how to safely and properly execute the major lifts)

Platinum offerings:

Our Strength & Conditioning Team includes:
Training Coordinator/Developer – Jeff Compton, BSc. Kinesiology, MSc. Exercise Physiology, Strength & Conditioning and Skills Coach, Victoria Royals, WHL.

Training Facilitator/Developer – Renee Delwisch, Owner, Personal Trainer at Stronger-U, Certified Kinesiologist, BKin, ACP, Barbell Strength and Speed Specialist, Certified PGAP provider

Trainer, Nic Jordan, 4th year Exercise Physiology Student at Mount Royal University, Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Our new facility has been upgraded with equipment and space to ensure NHL quality training and instruction can occur!
