Crossfire Conditioning
Get Fired up for the Fall with P3’s CROSSFIRE CONDITIONING CAMP combining H.E.A.T and Perry Pearn’s 3 on 3 to create the Ultimate 2 week High Performance Conditioning Camp in Cochrane, Alberta.
H.E.A.T. (Highly Explosive Acceleration Training) is a Program designed to push players to the limits of how quickly they skate, handle a puck, pass, shoot and can make decisions in live game situations! H.E.A.T. is developed and delivered by NHL and WHL Skills Coach, Jeff Compton. Jeff is currently the Skills Coach for the Victoria Royals of the Western Hockey League.
Perry Pearn’s 3 on 3 Conditioning Camp was created by long-time NHL Coach Perry Pearn and was designed to push players to execute their skills in a highly competitive environment. Teams compete in a 3 on 3 half-ice Tournament to have their name on a Cup the same size and weight as the Stanley Cup alongside other NHL greats who have participated such as Jerome Iginla and Jay Bowmeester!
Jeff Compton will be joined by Professional P3 Skills Coaches to run this unique Camp! If you looking to prepare for the upcoming season by potentiating the skill and game processing ability with a camp that is designed to integrate development and game play, this is the place to do it!

This is our HALF day hockey camp. Players will get 2 sessions per day in this action-packed camp!

P3 Elite Defenders Prep Camp/ Checking Clinic

Defending as a forward or defensemen is crucial in today’s game. This camp will teach players the skills needed to defend at an elite level. This camp will also cover Checking skills for all players looking to get more comfortable with body checking
P3 Elite Skating & Scoring Prep Camp

6.25 hours on ice, 5 hours off ice dryland
Skating and Scoring is an integral part in today’s game. In this camp we focus on fundamentals that push the athlete outside their comfort zone. We will focus on Skating/ shooting mechanics that will translate to game situations.
