Mike Brodeur

Mike started his Junior Hockey Career for the Camrose Kodiaks in the 2002/2003 season. Mike was named MVP for the team. During that same year, he also earned another Top Goaltender award playing in the RBC Cup Tournament. Mike was then drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 7th round.

Mike decided to move to the WHL the next year and joined the Moose Jaw Warriors. The next season Mike turned Pro where he earned a spot in the ECHL All Star Team. After putting time in with the ECHL, Mike moved up to the AHL’s Rochester Americans where he was named Team MVP and also named to the AHL Canadian All Star Team.

Mike then signed with the Ottawa Senator’s where he played 3 games posting 3 wins and 1 shut out. Mike caught the eye of Canadian Hockey Legend, Don Cherry appearing in one of his Rock Em Sock Em Hockey Videos. In 2011 Mike’s team the Binghamton Senator’s won the Calder cup. He then finished his Pro career in the AHL and ECHL, cut short by a number of career ending injuries.

Throughout his career, Mike has been coached by many Premier Coaches and played with some of the NHL and AHL’s top players. Mike has taken these experiences and has developed his own style of coaching. Mike’s hockey strategies and style come from playing the game at the top level.

Over the last number of years, Mike turned his focus to developing and coaching the up and coming hockey players.

Mike brings a unique mix of experience, skill and mentoring style that lends itself well as a coach.
